After the recent cyclone, we’ve been thinking a lot about how quickly things can change — and how important it is to feel a bit more prepared when they do.

We also wanted to give you a quick heads-up about an upcoming change.
Over recent months, our suppliers have introduced significant cost increases, with surcharges ranging from 4% to 24% on materials. At the same time, courier companies have increased delivery costs by between 11% and 54%.
We’ve done our best to absorb these internally for as long as possible. Unfortunately, the scale of these increases means we can’t continue to hold current pricing without adjustment.
From 1st May, a small surcharge will be applied to applicable orders. This will reflect only the direct increases passed on to us — we’re not adding any extra margin beyond those costs.
We know changes like this aren’t ideal, and it’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly. We remain committed to fair pricing, reliable service, and looking after our customers.
